Jocelyn Klucar Joins ME Department as Research Service Manager

We are pleased to welcome Jocelyn Klucar as the new Research Service Manger supporting the Mechanical Engineering department. In this role, Klucar will be responsible for the oversight of the award grant/contract activities for the Mechanical Engineering Department and its centers. She comes to us with over 21 years of research administration experience (JHU, UMBC, Rutgers) and 10 years of supervisory experience. She obtained a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, a Certified Research Administrator Certificate, and a Master Certificate in Government Contracting.
