To start marking for a new eye, simply copy one of the tabs in the “RadialDVCResults_ManualMarking.xlsx” file, included in Dan's Data Backup Drive, rename it, and copy in the point series you as you mark tissue features within the radial OCT volume in FIJI as described in the attached protocol.
