Congratulations to mechanical engineering professor Sung Hoon Kang, whose co-edited issue of the Materials Research Society Bulletin, titled “Patterning via Self-organization and Self-folding” is now available.
According to its website, MRS Bulletin, “is one of the most widely recognized and highly respected publications in advanced materials research. Published monthly, it features technical theme topics that capture a snapshot of the state-of-the-art of material research. Written by leading experts, the overview articles are useful references for specialists but are also presented at a level understandable to a broad scientific audience.”
Kang co-guest edited the issue with Prof. Michael Dickey at North Carolina State University. The pair invited review articles from experts in the field including Prof. David Gracias in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Department at JHU. The issue houses an introductory article by Kang and Dickey, 5 review articles and other pertinent information for materials research community.
